As key member of the Operations team this role will be instrumental in delivering the charity's activities. The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach, being able to adapt themselves to a variety of tasks and willing to learn and grow their skills.
Role Summary
Hours of work: 15 hours per week (0.4 FTE) to be worked flexibly excluding key organisation events and activities
Location: Flexible including hybrid working. Must work from Lincoln Office 1 day per month
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, pro rata

This post is a strategic position within our operations team, working closely with the Operations Manager to develop and oversee our creative and communications work including all the organisations media requirements.
The successful applicant will be an active and vocal supporter of the work of Ground Level.

Brief summary of duties
- Lead on the creative expression of the network, including development of the Ground Level and Awaken Brands, tone of voice and overall brand image.
- The Curation of content for all communications, including social media, email communications and marketing campaigns
- Manage the asset and media requirements for the organisation and its events, creating or outsourcing high quality assets including:
- Various graphic design work - creation of logos, social media posts, programmes, banners, flyers e.t.c.
- Video production and editing of content, creation of reels and videos using captured content
- Production of other/various materials and assets as required
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop the creative expression of Ground Level at our events and activities including leadership of event media teams
- Work with Production Teams and external suppliers to manage event planning and delivery; managing relationships and integrating teams to produce successful events that serve the Network and its wider audience.
- Actively engage with Ground Level’s audience across multiple platforms
- Actively seek to increase Ground Level’s reach across multiple platforms
- Support the overall function of the organisation including being available to support various Ground Level events and functions.
Essential Skills required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
- High organisational capacity being able to forward plan and create schedules
- Experience of email marketing and use of various social media platforms
- High attention to detail, being able to produce clear briefs and give constructive feedback
- Experience of using various software packages such as Google Drive and Microsoft Office
Desirable but non-essential skills required
- Graphic design experience including the use of design packages such as adobe suite, canva e.t.c.
- Video production experience, capture and editing.
- Production management experience in sound, video, lighting and rigging
