“Leading SELF well”

Mattersey Hall

A chance to start the year well as we look at leading yourself, spiritual and emotional health, prayer, biblical interpretation and what is theology.

5th December 2020

“The theology of GOD”

Alive Grantham (9:30am - 5pm)

A day to explore who God is, how we know He exists, what the Trinity is and how we might be able to explain all these to others through an understanding of apologetics.

23rd January 2021

“The theology of JESUS”

Hope House Church, 27 Wellington Street, Barnsley, S70 1SW

A day looking at the Theology of Jesus (humanity and divinity, the cross and the gospel, His resurrection and ascension) and we will also consider models of evangelism.

27th February 2021

“Leading CHURCH well”

Kings Church, Shirley Drive, Arnold, Nottingham NG5 7JX

A day looking at how we can lead a church well, in particular our Sunday gatherings. We’ll look at communication skills, leading great meetings, pastoral care and growth models for the church.

“The theology of the HOLY SPIRIT”

New Life Church, 25 Mareham Lane, Sleaford, NG34 7JP

A day looking at the theology of the Holy Spirit (The work of the Spirit, Gifts of the Spirit) and we will also consider how we handle the supernatural well in church and ministry.

1st May 2021

“Leading Others”

Powerhouse Church, Thorne Road, Doncaster DN1 2HG

A day looking at how we can establish and lead healthy teams. We will look at leading others, managing staff and volunteers, coping with conflict and great communication.

26th June 2021

“Leading into the future”

Alive Church, 22 Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1XD

A day celebrating the journey we have been on, looking at how we can survive the journey of leadership and stay life long learners.

During the year we will be looking at three key books which will challenge our thinking in the areas of Theology, Leadership and Church.

We will ensure every participant has a mentor in their home church from the start of the course, and by the end of the course everyone will have a coach from across the wider Groundlevel family who will be able to help you reach your full potential in God’s calling.
