Learning Communities are inspirational opportunities for Leadership teams to assess the current reality of their church or project, then set clear objectives for growth. Gathering with other leaders in a safe and supportive environment, your team will benefit from the wisdom of leaders across the network as you meet together to discuss opportunites, ideas and strategies for multiplication.
Learning Communities are rich in experience and knowledge but also recognise that there is no 'one size fits all' model, allowing for each church to develop a strategy that is suited to their own church culture and environment.
Learning Community days allow your team to dream, to consider all opportunites for growth and to get high quality input from others. The result is a set of clear, strategic objectives and a roadmap of the way forward.
"Learning Communities have transformed our thinking, helping us to set clear objectives for growth and inspiring us to try new ideas..."
The Learning Community requires a commitment of just 4 days over two years (so around one day every 6 months). Days are usually from around 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Specific dates will be agreed by course participants. The next Learning Community is expected to start in Spring 2020.
Costs are kept to an absolute minimum and have been as low as £5 per head per day for food. On occasions where we bring in outside expertise the cost of this person's travel and time will be split between the number of people on the course.
