The Job Role:
This role will have a dual focus: leading our work among young people and growing in church leadership. We are not simply looking to fill a vacancy, we are looking to invest into a person.
This could be a 3, 4 or 5 day role depending on the skills and gifting of the person appointed. The core role of Assistant Pastor with a responsibility for young people is three days; however, for candidates with the gifting, experience, and a desire to take on wider leadership responsibilities, this could be four or five days

£28,000 - £31,000 (Full Time Equivalent)
