Assistant Pastor - Alive Church, Grantham

The Job Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Location Pastor to join the team at Alive Grantham and share in the responsibility for leading and developing the location.

This full-time, permanent role will work closely with the Location Pastor to embed Alive’s vision, values, mission and pattern, helping people grow as disciples of Jesus and mobilising them to serve, lead and make a difference.

The role includes spiritual leadership, preaching and teaching, developing Life Groups and leaders, overseeing pastoral ministry and Sunday teams, and helping to build a healthy, welcoming and outward-looking church.

We are looking for someone with a heart for people, a passion for developing others and a desire to see God’s Kingdom advance in Grantham and beyond.

Hours & Salary:

37.5 hours a week

£29,500
