In a world where currently being together face to face isn't possible we at Ground Level are keen to ensure we continue moving forward advancing Gods Kingdom. That exisiting relationships and connections are continued to be built, that new connections are made, leaders are trained and equipped, communities are reached and the Holy Sprit can move in power amongst us.
Ground Level are delighted to host our first ever Digital Gathering, running for two mornings on April the 15th & 16th, 9:30am-12:30pm. Sessions covered will include
- Church Management in a crisis
- Digital worship leading
- Leadership Development despite lockdown
- How to run a great leadership meeting
- Engaging with your community digitally
- What will look different after COVID-19
- Guarding your Mental Health
- Planning a healthy transition
- Pastoral strategies in a season of physical distancing
During this gathering there will also be a session outlining the future of the Leadership of Ground Level.

Each year our Leadership Conference attracts both national and international ministries and is filled with worship, teaching, seminars, fellowship and lots of fun. This conference is open to leadership teams, emerging leaders and church based community workers.

Every quarter we gather senior leaders from our connecting churches to spend a day learning and growing together. These days focus around a specific area with opportunity for discussion and learning from each other.
ONE Event 28th August - 1st September 2020

Held on the Lincolnshire Showground over the August Bank Holiday weekend, ONE EVENT attracts thousands of people every year. It’s a great event for the whole church and the whole family. It is a time for all the Ground Level churches to gather as one big united family, along with several thousand other believers from a variety of churches.

Each month we host a day for leaders to gather for worship, updates, prayer, ministry and food. We usually invite a significant national ministry to share in these days with us. And yes, they are always on a Tuesday.
